1. Safety

1.1 Safety Briefing: All customers are required to attend a safety briefing before the charter departs. Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in the cancellation of the charter without refund.

1.2 Captain's Authority: The captain of the boat has the authority to make decisions in the interest of safety. Customers must adhere to the captain's instructions at all times during the charter.

2. Liability

2.1 Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings during the charter. Salty Boat Charters is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs as a result of customer negligence.

2.2 Insurance: Salty Boat Charters holds appropriate insurance for its vessels, but customers are advised to have their own travel insurance to cover personal belongings and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Conduct

3.1 Intoxication: Customers under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will not be allowed to board the boat. Intoxicated customers may be asked to leave the charter without refund.

3.2 Damage to Property: Customers will be held financially responsible for any damage caused to the boat or its equipment due to negligence or intentional misconduct.

4. Charter Duration

4.1 Late Arrivals: The charter will start and end at the scheduled times. Late arrivals may result in a shortened charter duration without refund.

4.2 Extended Charters: Any extension of the charter beyond the agreed-upon duration is subject to availability and additional charges.
